While I cobble together a more updated personal website and portfolion, I shudder to think potenital employers would visit my site and review some of my conent, only to find a few a handful of mid-level content, and a photo of me at 21 years old, beginning my career in events & in-person marketing engagments -- you can read more about that here.

However, what you likely wouldn't see on this website until now, is my last outdoor, hiking, and mindfulness website I was working on during the the 4 years I spent in California, exploring the state's National Parks, writing gear reviews, and playing around with Wix to build yet another website for my own benefits and edification.

You can enjoy some of the screenshots I took from it below:

The website was very much a reflection of my passion for nature and the clarity that often came with hiking and spending time outdoors. I segwayed writing about some of my outdoor adventures into gear reviews and recording my own content.

I knew my original content would be rough, and at times a little awkward, but if you can look at it through that lens, and what an amateur trying to make the correct adjustments to more efficiently share their message, or hone their craft, you might be able to enjoy some of it.

My favorite piece may have been about my walk through Muir Woods in Northern California.

To-date, it is still one of my favorite, most memorable locations I visited and I tried to reflect that in my writing after visiting the park. Contrastly, I saw it fitting to also write a more informative post about the 10 Things You Need to Know Before Visiting Muir Woods.

As I initially had my entire experience, including the pitfalls that came with my first visit, I eventually realized that it was best to split both themes into two separate posts, and giving me the opportunity to write for two different audiences.

One looking to be inspired or sold on the idea of Visiting Muir Woods vs. someone who's made the decision to visit, but is looking for more logistics of entering, parking, and what they can expect prior to their trip.

While this may feel like a shameless plug for you to check out some of my older content, utilmately I just can't bare the idea that you'd visit the website of someone who says they do Digital Marketing, without any signs of digital marketing expertise, or that they aren't simply putting up a placeholder of a website, while working to take two businesses to their respected next level, and still finding time to enjoy a quiet moment to themselves every once in a while.

I sure hope this suffices for now, until I can hear about YOUR next exciting project that could use some additional marketing assistance.
